Antica Torino
Vittorio Zoppi and Filippo Antonelli founded the company Antica Torino to produce and rediscover traditional Piedmontese recipes and methods for aromatized wines, such as Vermouth, liqueurs and Vino Chinato. They are masters at creating new recipes, inspired by traditional ones, that keep the Peidmontese spirit alive. Of course, their first product could only be a vermouth, the symbol of the city’s elegant lifestyle and exquisite tastes. Inspired by the oldest recipes from historic Savoie, after months of work they nailed the right formula, and Antica Torino Vermouth Rosso was born.
Distillerie Combier
Distillerie Combier is one of the oldest in the Loire valley. It was founded in 1834 and has since been operating in the heart of the small town of Saumur. Due to its location in the middle of the “Jardin de la France”, one can easily purchase local products such as fruit, flowers and aromatic plants and take advantage of the availability of exotic fruits and spices via the Loire. For almost two centuries Combier has continued to create new products, but not least they are known as the creators of the first Triple Sec.
Dale DeGroff
Famous mixologist Dale DeGroff isn’t just the author of “The Craft of The Cocktail” and “The Essential Cocktail”. He developed his formidable technique and talent during his years bartending in well-known bars – most notably New York’s famous Rainbow Room, where in the 1980s he recreated classic cocktails and revitalized the bartending profession, simultaneously setting off a cocktail explosion that continues to change the industry to this day.
Jade Liqueurs
Jade Liqueurs® was founded in 2000 by T.A. Breaux, a professional scientist who has devoted almost two decades of research to solving the mysteries and myths associated with absinthe. Jade Liqueurs® was created for the sole purpose of offering the connoisseur the opportunity to experience unmistakable recreations of the classic absinthes we all associate with the decadent Belle Époque.
Žufánek
ZUFANEK s.r.o. was founded in 2000 by Marcela and Josef Žufánek and their sons Martin, Josef and Jan. It is based in the village of Boršice u Blatnice near Uherské Hradiště in South Moravia, Czech Republic.
Their own orchards, which surround the distillery, are located in one of the best places for fruit growing in Moravia. The fruit is used to produce fine products, 100% natural and made according to proven original recipes. At Zufanek, they make products they like themselves – and which they are proud of.
