Dale DeGroff

Famous mixologist Dale DeGroff, aka King Cocktail, isn’t just the author of “The Craft of The Cocktail” and “The Essential Cocktail”. He developed his formidable technique and talent during his years bartending in well-known bars – most notably New York’s famous Rainbow Room, where in the 1980s he recreated classic cocktails and revitalized the bartending profession, simultaneously setting off a cocktail explosion that continues to change the industry to this day.
