The family-owned Zufanek distillery was founded in September 2000 with the main aim of producing high-quality handmade Slivovica. It may sound obvious today, but at that time there was a fundamental change in the market, especially in the Czech Republic. Since then, a lot has happened. They now produce a wide range of different products – all with the same high quality. Everything from gallant Absinthe to Gin that puts the category in a whole new light and in between fruit distillates on the best ingredients with great craftsmanship.
