This is a traditional vermouth that is great for mixing in both classic and modern drinks. As it does not contain juniper, angelica or other classic gin spices, it goes very well with a classic London Dry Gin. It sings in fine harmony with bourbon or rye whiskies, which add sweet, warm and herbaceous notes: and also with brandy or brandy, as these too are wine-based. It also goes hand in hand with herbal liqueurs, and last but not least with traditional amaros.
