Combiers Elderflower Liqueur, Crème de Fleur de Sureau, is absolutely incredible. We would say, completely impartially of course, that it is on a completely different level to its competitors. It is made using traditional methods, from wild elderflowers that are picked and cleaned by hand. The flowers are macerated for three to four months and then lightly pressed to obtain an extra fragrant infusion of flowers.
Its intensely aromatic, almost lychee-like character adds a fantastic twist to all kinds of gin or vodka-based cocktails. And you know what? It goes very well with absinthe too!
