PURCHASE TERMS AND PRICES
Prices on the website are subject to change without notice due to circumstances beyond Holy Spirits’ control, such as currency changes, changes in VAT rates, changes in tax and duty rates, etc. All prices on the website are shown with the currently statutory 25% VAT. We reserve the right for possible printing and typing errors as well as unreasonable price errors. We only enter into agreements with adults (18 years of age).
Purchase agreement with the below applicable conditions is entered into with Holy Spirits AB, 9479-4033, hereinafter called holyspirits.se.
Payment methods
At holyspirits.se, as a company you can pay by invoice (if you have been approved as an invoice customer) or via debit/credit card. As a private person, you can pay via Debit and Credit Card. Card payments are handled by payment via Stripe.
Card payments via Stripe
Stripe has high security standards and is PCI-certified for secure e-commerce. All traffic is encrypted and all card transfers are based on the banks’ so-called 3D-secure technology.
Shipping
We use several different transportation partners through our logistics partner GPLast. Normal estimated delivery time is approximately four (4) working days after the order is received and processed. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout in the shop and is dependent on geographical location, order size and any separate customer agreements.
Customer service
In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we do not have a call center with fixed opening hours to handle customer service issues. Communication to Customer Service is primarily via e-mail (service@holyspirits.se). The case is handled in an efficient case management system with full traceability and history. In case closer communication with the customer is required, we will call for a personal contact. Returns are handled via contact with us to ensure that returns are possible on the product concerned. Questions about returns are of course answered by customer service who will be happy to help you get the return right if there is anything that is unclear.
Right of withdrawal and right of return
As a customer of holyspirits.se, you as a private consumer (this does not apply to companies) in accordance with the Swedish Distance and Home Sales Act have a 14-day right of withdrawal on everything you order and thus the right to withdraw from the agreement by notifying us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to specially ordered goods or goods adapted with changes from the original design at the customer’s request. To benefit from this, the product(s) must be returned faultless, in their original packaging and in a substantially unchanged condition. You are of course entitled to open the packaging to check that the goods are faultless. This does not apply, under any circumstances, to food and drink. If an item is delayed or turns out to be out of stock, we will contact you and you then also have the right and opportunity as a customer to cancel the purchase before delivery has taken place, free of charge, if you do not agree to a new delivery time. When returning, return shipping will be added. If you choose to return the entire order and nothing is damaged, we will refund the entire original amount including shipping fee, but we charge a return fee (currently SEK 179 incl. VAT) to cover administration costs. If you choose to return part of the order, we will not refund the fees, this is because the fees are the same regardless of how many items you ordered. Right of exchange
You obviously have the right under the Consumer Sales Act to exchange a product. This does not apply to business orders. You as a customer are responsible for the return shipping. If the item is incorrect or incorrectly shipped, holyspirits.se is responsible for the entire return shipping. Before returning an item for exchange, a request for return authorization must be made. This is done via contact with Customer service.
Complaints
If you want to complain about a used product, please contact Customer Service (service@holyspirits.se) for further handling. If a package is damaged on arrival, this must be reported directly at your delivery point. If the contents are damaged on arrival or it concerns a larger item delivered to the door via a freight forwarder, please contact Customer Service (service@holyspirits.se). Report any errors within a reasonable time. In the event of disputes that we are unable to resolve together, we recommend that you contact the General Complaints Board (ARN). We always follow their recommendations.
Transport risk and insurance
In case of exchange, complaint or return, you as the customer bear the transport risk. You as a customer are also responsible for ensuring that the goods are not damaged before we receive and acknowledge the delivery. Always save the packing slip/return shipping slip until the return is completed. When delivering orders from us to the customer, we bear the transport risk.
Unclaimed packages
For unclaimed packages, we charge a fee of SEK 179 (incl. VAT). This is to cover the costs incurred for return shipping, handling and stock return.
Refunds
If the entire order is returned, we will refund the amount you paid less any return fees and deductions for any goods that may not appear to be in substantially unchanged condition. Refunds are made immediately upon receipt of an approved return. This happens when we have received the item back and found that it is not damaged. When paying by Debit or Credit Card, the refund will be made to the same card/bank account used at the time of purchase.
Personal data
In connection with your registration and order, you as a customer agree that we store and use your data to complete and provide the product or service you as a customer wish to have delivered.
