Customer data stored in our systems is only used to process orders and returns and, in the event that the customer chooses to subscribe to e-mail mailings, to communicate these mailings. The information collected via cookies on the website is used to make the visit to the website better and more frictionless. The information is also used for statistical purposes in order to improve the design and functions of the website, but above all to expand and improve our range and offer. The cookies set by the holyspirits.se website do not contain any personal information about the visitor or their account, whether the visitor is a logged-in customer or guest.
THIRD PARTIES AND OUR CUSTOMER DATA
Under no circumstances do we share, sell or trade our customer data or statistical information with any third party for commercial purposes. We only share the data that the customer has agreed to share by; 1. placing an order on the page where the order is sent by parcel courier, in which case the customer’s name, mobile phone number, e-mail address and postal address are shared with the transport company (GP Last) in order to complete the delivery and related notifications. 2. the customer chooses to subscribe to Holy Spirits newsletter. In the event that the customer chooses to subscribe to email mailings from Holy Spirits, the customer’s email address is handled in our external newsletter systems (MailChimp) but remains under our control and is never shared with other third parties. Only the customer’s e-mail address is used in the register at MailChimp, no other personal data is passed on to MailChimp unless the customer has already registered his own account with MailChimp.
