As usual from Combier, you get everything in one go. This is a liqueur with an extremely well-balanced and smooth sweetness that is not overwhelming. The typical, and obvious, taste of mint in a crazy fine combination with the warm tones of chocolate ties this chocolate-mint liqueur together into a pure work of art. There is simply nothing in this that is distracting or overpowering.
What is chocolate mint liqueur used for?
Yes, we can tell you. Either in all its simplicity on an ice cube, with a piece of fine dark chocolate, or as a definitely fun twist on a classic Stinger (which we prefer with bourbon instead of cognac, actually). But not entirely unexpectedly, you can pour a little over some good vanilla ice cream for dessert. Simple but so good!
