This is a classic mint liqueur, or Cr\u00e8me de Menthe\/Liqueur Menthe from Combier, which has a tingling freshness from the mint in a delightful combination with a smooth sweetness. It quickly brings to mind the Alps, but is just as good\u2014or even better\u2014as a side drink at a picnic in the middle of summer. <\/p>\n

What is mint liqueur used for?<\/h2>\n

Drink it like the French! As an aperitif or digestif \u2013 with or without ice. With a piece of chocolate on the side, or a dash in your hot chocolate… <\/p>\n

What cocktails can you make with mint liqueur?<\/h2>\n

Historically, there are a whole host of classic cocktails that incorporate mint liqueur, or Cr\u00e8me de Menthe as it is also known, in one way or another. A couple of our absolute favorites are, for example, a Grasshopper, which we think is much nicer with white mint liqueur instead of green. It simply makes for a more refined drink with a little more class. A Stinger, in all its simplicity, is a given when you have mint liqueur nearby, and we think you should try a few different variations.
