We know them as Vine Peaches or sometimes Wild Peach. In France, they&#8217;re planted in the rows in vineyards to give an indication of disease or other problems in the crop. In Combier&#8217;s Creme de Peche de Vigne, however, they play the leading role \u2013 and with flying colors. This peach liqueur is like an explosion of fruit and is delicious in a fruit salad or with a dry sparkling wine, and of course in cocktails such as a Perfect Lady or, why not, as a little Tiki inspiration.    <\/p>\n<p>Combier produces its Cr\u00e8me de Peche de Vigne by allowing hand-picked peaches to macerate in alcohol for three months. The fruit is then lightly pressed and distilled.
