The dream of Holy Spirits – an idea of two passionate bon vivants, Markus and Sanja. <\/span><\/p>\n Markus is Sweden\u2019s absolute absinthe expert, with over 27 years of experience. His love affair with the Green Fairy began in the late 90s and he has spent decades researching, collecting, tasting, judging and educating people about this mythical drink. No one knows absinthe like Markus, and his passion for fancy drinks and classic cocktails spills over into everything we do. <\/span><\/p>\n Sanja, is an enthusiast of all that makes life delightfully enjoyable. Her love of good food and drink is infectious, and she has an uncanny ability to turn any small gathering into a party. Did someone make a good gin drink? If so, it’s probably in her hand right now. <\/span><\/p>\n With a flair for the perfect drink and a knack for discovering unique flavors, they are the heart and soul of the company.<\/span><\/p>\n The Holy Spirits story began around a fireplace in a remote country house in Portugal, by the warmth of the fire and with a Negroni in hand, they began to talk about their shared passion for fine drinks, high quality spirits and their countless adventures in search of that perfect drink.
