Den gr\u00f8nne anis fra Spanien og fennikelen fra Provence giver den en naturlig let s\u00f8d smag. Da den ikke er bitter, serveres den helst us\u00f8det, kun fortyndet med koldt, frisk vand.  <\/p>\n<p>Absinthe Blanchette blev oprindeligt fremstillet af Combier mellem 1899 og 1915 og genoptaget i 2006 med de samme destillationsapparater fra 1800-tallet.
